I visitied a blog today, Adventures of a Single WAHM, and on her blog she had a post about Typealyzer. Like Tishia, I had to visit and see what type my blog was. Take a look below and see what Typealyzer spit out.
ESFP - The Performers
The entertaining and friendly type. They are especially attuned to pleasure and beauty and like to fill their surroundings with soft fabrics, bright colors and sweet smells. They live in the present moment and don´t like to plan ahead - they are always in risk of exhausting themselves.
They enjoy work that makes them able to help other people in a concrete and visible way. They tend to avoid conflicts and rarely initiate confrontation - qualities that can make it hard for them in management positions.
Now - your turn!

Two of my blogs, Simple Home Basics and The Parent Spot, are re-launching on Monday, August 4th. Yes, they are current blogs. Yes, they have great traffic. So why re-launch? Well, when both blogs were actually started I didn’t run out and push, promote and scream that they were alive and kicking. Now, I am!
On top of SCREAMING at the top of my lungs, I have been lucky enough to find some great sponsors that have offered awesome product for us to giveaway during our re-launch! A few of those sponsors are:
Make sure when August 4th rolls around, you stop by and see what is up! Don’t worry, I will keep reminding you. BTW, no need to wait for August 4th, you can stop by whenever you’d like. We are always open for a chat or some feedback!
And, I am also not ashamed to ask, but if you would like to sponsor a giveaway on one or both blogs, then let me know. I LOVE to give stuff away

If you are ever have the urge for some down home southern talkin’ then just stop on by Deep South Moms, part of the blog group, Silicon Valley Moms Group. Tad bit overboard?
Well, so I’m actually a transplant to my southern state and although I have some southern sound, I am no where near the twang of family and friends that have been born and raised here. I still sound very Yankee’ish, but when I call family back home, I get made fun of it. I am stuck in the middle of the North and South.
Regardless of where I am stuck, I am loving the blog Deep South Moms and the people that I have met throughout the SV Moms Group. They are a great group of women to work with and get advice from. I certainly don’t feel like I write on the same level as many of them, but when I read their posts, I definitely have learned a thing or two.
So, of course when the SV Moms Group had an opening on their NEW Deep South Moms blog, I jumped at the chance to write for them and viola! It happened. I have a few posts up already and have several more ready to go. Nothing like spreading your wings and flying south! So stop in and visit for a bit!

If you have noticed the area that shows the blogs I write for has gotten a tad bit longer. Along with my own blogs that I have been writing for, I have also become a reviewer with MamaLit. What do we review at MamaLit? I think the blog title gives it away, bit we read and review books.
What is great about keeping up with a book review blog?
Well, at MamaLit we read a variety of books that moms might find interesting, but are unsure about. We will give you the 411 about the book. You will have enough detail to decide whether the book is worth the price of purchase and the time to read. If you decide to read, then come back to the blog and make your comments on the post of the review.
Another great feature, MamaLit’s Book Club. Each month MamaLit will feature one of the books being reviewed as the book club choice. Along with the review of the book, participants are asked to start sharing their thoughts of the book, as well as answer questions that are featured in others comments. MamaLit hopes to create a great dialogue between all of the book club participants.
What a great opportunity to become part of a great, fun community. Sharing stories of our favorite books. Giving opinions on what authors are great. And, on occasion, telling everyone what really was bad about a specific book. MamaLit is ready and waiting for it all!
Jump over to MamaLit and join in on all of the fun! While you’re there, sign up for the book club. July’s book - Mrs. Perfect by Jane Porter. Enjoy!

I don’t believe I am a traditional “mommy blogger” by any means. I like to “tell” you all about the personal side of my life - the woman side - not just the mommy side. There is no fluff or filler, you get the real, honest me.
Then when Mom Bloggers Club popped up, I wasn’t too sure if I should sign on to the online community of mommy bloggers. Well, I am glad I did, but I think it should be more about like-minded women bloggers, that just happen to be moms too.
That is one thing I really liked about the community at Mom Bloggers Club, it really focuses on the women behind the blogs. What drives them, what helps them to create great content, and what life is about for them. Sure, some “momminess” is thrown in, but I would say it is less about the mom, and more about the woman in the mom.
Another great thing I love about MBC, the community. Yes, for once a community where the members ACTUALLY participate. I get comments and receive tips from the members and have made some great blogging friends by joining. Many that I keep up with on Twitter and FriendFeed.
This is definitely a community that reaches out to it’s members and trust me, members reach back!
If you haven’t already gotten on the MBC fascination, then hurry up and get on. You are missing a great time!

Fish guts. Do you see those fish guts in my side bar? Those fish guts represent my mediocracy. You know what? I am proud of it! Now, I could have used a prettier badge, that sparkled, and dazzled, but why? Fish guts - perfect!
Now, if you haven’t seen Twitter all a flutter with tweets lately about AllMediocre, don’t worry you haven’t missed the party train - she is still pulling into the local stations and is ready to pick you up for the party too! So, come on!
No clue what AllMediocre is about? Don’t freak out, don’t worry, the blog will best explain what the talk is all about, but long story short, we are the two stars of a five star blogoshpere. Well, maybe that is not the best explanation - so, run, don’t walk to AllMediocre and check it out!
