I didn’t understand what all the hype was about. Twilight what? Heard of the movie. No clue it was a book series. Yes, I was living under a rock apparently when it came to the hot vamps that lived with the binding of this ultra-sexy four-book series. Thanks to the ladies of
GNO (Girls Night Out) and my adventurous Tuesday night while chatting on
Twitter, my eyes were opened. I crawled out from under my rock, skipped to my closest book stores, and purchased me the hot sensation of of Edward and Bella.
Now, with only 13 hours and 12 minutes left to go before the movie takes center stage, every theater within 100 miles of my home is sold out. A midnight showing - SOLD OUT! Can you imagine how quiet the halls will be tomorrow at high schools across the country. Teen girls are chatty with anticipation. Hell, so are the moms out there. My daughter’s 2nd grade teacher has been talking about it for weeks now. Sweet vamp dreams will be in every sleepy mind tonight.
And, yes, this mom does want to go see the sweet love story of a teen and her romantic vamp lover, but my mommy behind will be in bed, or most likely up reading the next chapter of the love saga while every other mom is perched on the edge of her seat, waiting for Edward and Bella to fall in love in front of their eyes.

OK… I haven’t been tagged with this meme, but I liked it when I read it. It is short and sweet, so here it goes.
The rules of this meme:
1). Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages)
2). Open the book to page 123
3). Find the fifth sentence
4). Post the next three sentences
5). Tag five people & post a comment here once you post it to your blog, so I can come see.
Thankfully, a real book was right next to me or you would have been getting a line from my Psych text book about 2 inches further down. The book, Forever Odd by Dean Koontz. Now turning to page 123…
Most would have moved on the moment they expired. At least, for my sake, I hoped that was true. Most commonly, spirits who have dwelled this long in a self-imposed state of purgatory will manifest in a mood of melancholy or anxiety.
Now, tagging - I’m not tagging anyone. Please, if you would like to do this meme, meme away! The five people I chose to tag, already have a similar meme and I didn’t want to send another almost identical one to them or they were tagged yesterday to do this very one.
