Training Day 15
April 25th, 2008 BrunetteHere we are again. Another day, another workout, and I have to admit today was better. Yes, still a little sore from Wednesday’s workout, but that is to be expected. Trainer K even reassured me during our session today that I would expect possibly another day of some soreness, but it will work through.
With my session today, Trainer K let me off the hook on the intensity level due to our last session, but not with the workout. We worked my core again today, but instead of the fast pace movements with the stability ball and medicine ball, she let me work on the circuit machines so I could have a bit more control.
Plus with the range of motion the machines give, I think it helped to stretch out my back a bit more. I do hate the machines for one thing - they take too much time to change them out. The flow with free weights and the individual items really helps me to move quickly to get more in with the short time frame I have.
Anyway, it was a good work out, but I will feel it tomorrow. Might as well prepare myself for it. Plus, my trainer wants me at pilates tomorrow morning, not kickboxing. Although, she is letting me decided if I want to stay for the kickboxing class. Although I have had some pilates mixed into my sessions, I have never truly had a pilates class. This should be interesting.
So, basically today was an easy day that I was very grateful for. I just know that she is going to have something in store for me tomorrow. Ut oh!
