There is more sex talk in my Women’s Health Magazine newsletter then there ever is about actually health for women. Honestly! WH Mag seems to think sex will make everything better, from a woman’s period to headaches. Yes, no longer can that excuse be used! With that said, I think that is why I continue to get it. The fun spin they put on sex!
Last week my newsletter listed the Top 3 Women’s Sexual Fantasies. Now, of course knowing that I would eventually talk about it, I of course can’t find the stupid link, not even on the site. If I remember correctly, they are something like this:
- Being overpowered during sex
- Watching others have sex
- Being watched during sex
I stumbled upon another list at iVillage and their list goes something like this:
- He’s a virgin, and you are teaching him
- He’s your sex slave
- You’re abducted by a stranger
So, that right there tells you that women either:
- Have no clue what they want because two well known sources can’t even come up with a list remotely alike.
- Women know exactly what they want, we all just want something different.
- Women just like to keep everyone on their toes and guessing!
I guess we will never truly know, cause I’m not telling

I couldn’t not write about this. Recently, in my Women’s Health Magazine newsletter, I was scrolling through looking at titles, read a few things that sparked my interest, and then way down at the bottom in teeny, tiny writing I saw this,
“WH’S SECOND ANNUAL SEX AWARDS - Click here.“
So, I clicked here and began reading apparently THE list of must-haves for quite possibly every night you could think of in your sex life - Make-up sex, No-strings sex, Trysts in the tub sex, Long-distance lover sex, and Marathon sex. Um, no Hurry Up the Kids Will Be Home Soon sex?
Now, I can’t personally give you first-hand experience on all of these products (shhh…LOL), but I have to tell you that the people over at WH must be exhausted. Can you imagine having to test all of these items to make sure readers have the most accurate nookie drawer next to their bed?
Is it a little hot in here or what?
Anyway, I just thought you all might like to know what WH feels are the top must haves for, in their words,
“goods that will turn every tumble into something special.”
Well what are you waiting for? Go over to WH, read and enjoy!

Yesterday was the day, but of course when I got a minute to even think about writing the post it late last night and I was exhausted, so bed won over the post. Anyway, I was surprised with myself, I didn’t die - that right there lets me know I can go another day.
Hurting, nope, not yesterday, but today my body is on fire. I felt it yesterday during the work out, but boy I am more than feeling it today. Like my optimistic friend Ryan
reminded me yesterday, my muscles have been put into shock. Heck, I stand up, sit down, pick up my kids - you know, normal everyday movement. I have officially pissed my body off.
My normal routine: treadmill or stair climber for 15 minutes to warm up, then 30 minutes of complete muscle confusion. Kelly (my trainer) told me I will never do the same thing twice. Each day I work with her, she will work my body differently, but still in a combination where each part will work off the other.
Know what, she’s the expert, I trust her because I have no clue. Have at it! The only other thing that I have to do is increase my water intake. She wasn’t to happy about my hydration level. Once she explained where my hydration should be and knowing where mine is currently, I am surprised I didn’t look more like a raisin.
I am trying to be very optimistic about my training and why I am doing it. So yes, it was a very good first session with many more to come. That means a ton more posts letting you all know exactly how out of shape I am.
Count’ em Ryan - there are at least 3 points of optimism. Have a great day all!

This is not a paid ad, I just thought I would share with you a product that I got to try out for free.
Silly me signed up on SheSpeaks.com which is a web site that offers members the opportunity to sign up and try out various products. After receiving the product and using it, you fill out several surveys on your thoughts - likes and dislikes of the product. My first product to try out was a Sonic Care Toothbrush. I was actually really surprised by it.
The Sonic Care was a bit funny feeling at first to use. It does have a lot of speed and left my mouth a bit tingly after each use, but I slowly became use to it. It is rechargeable, can be set to start slow and speed up over time, and has an automatic 2-minute turn off. Like a toothbrush for dummies - I mean that in a nice way.
The only thing I hate about the Sonic Care is the price. Glad mine was free because I wouldn’t have spent the money on it. The replacements are enough, but thankfully you only have to change them out just like any other toothbrush.
I do recommend that you go to SheSpeaks.com and sign up though. You could get to try out some great products and then keep what you try out.
