Training day 23

Almost at the 24 mark - WOW! That is all I can say. It seems to have taken forever to get here. There was one ay I didn’t think I would last past one or two sessions with a personal trainer, but I have held on and it is doing me good.

I have hit a little snag. Trainer K doesn’t want to see me plateau, so now off the the drug store to by a complete body cleanse. Oh, betcha really wanted to know that! She wants to make sure I clean out my system completely to get back on track.

I also have to start handing in my food journal every two weeks now and at that time she is going to through something into the loop to catch my body off guard. I mean I don’t eat the same stuff everyday. I try to always change it up just so I keep my body guessing, which keeps it motivated. Apparently, something is just not working.

Not a problem. I’ll go  with the flow.

I did a post this past week on Deep South Moms about how unhappy my flappy body is and the response was to get some Spanx! - Yea, WHOO HOO! Haha, Spanx undergarments are to slim and give support and the majority ruled on Wacoal bras as well. I have been forewarned, none of it is cheap, but completely well worth the cost. Guess it’s time for a shopping spree.

Oh, wait, I have to have money to buy it don’t I? Guess all that goes on the wish list.

OK, so on to the actual workout. The two easiest things today were jump roping for 5 minutes and the stair climber for 5 minutes. So, that about tells you how easy my workout was - I hate those two things. Between the sit-ups, back lifts, the squats with the bar, the chest lifts, it was ll about killing me day.

Thanks to Trainer K, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING feels like jello today.

All is well though. I didn’t pass out, cry, or whine like a baby, so good to go! Lived for another day of torture!

TTFN ~

I just signed up for an 8 session boot camp through my local rec ctr. I’ve never really committed to anything like that before. It should be interesting, to say the least.

@ Denise: I had really no idea what to expect. I had more worry then anything else. Now that I have gone through several, I know to expect a little more difficulty, but I figure that I have gotten this far, I can get through just about anything. You’ll do great!
