Training Day 25
I am back today to post about training. The 25th session in the “getting fit” installments basically. After having killer migraines on Tuesday and not posting about that day’s training, figured I should today.
Training today killed my lower back with the lunges and squats. Well, the squats did me in. The burn in my lower back from those babies was way more than just a normal feeling it burn! I was thankful to be done with them and take my recovery period.
Today my focus was on free weights again. Arm curls, chest press, leg curls - the bench loved me today! Nothing like stinky, sweaty chick lying against you, huh? No fast movements, very calm workout that kept me focused.
I was thankful for the ease - not easy - just ease that helped me get through it. Between the headache and backache, I just wanted calm and quiet.
There was no weigh today or measurements. That should be next week. Also next week starts my third round of 12 with Trainer K. I am surprised I lasted this long with training. The one thing I swore I would never do - hire a Trainer - and I did it. Just recognized it was time!
So, that is it for now. I do have pilates on Saturday. If it is anything like last Saturday, I was in there for an hour and fifteen minutes! UGH.
